Who we work for

Every client gets the same three things: a method chosen for the surface, a site left the way we found it, and photos of what came off. What changes is the work itself.

Heritage

The work

Sandstone, brick, render, cast and wrought iron, bronze and timber on buildings that can’t be replaced and are usually listed. Paint, soot, biological growth and corrosion, often built up over decades.

How we do it

The laser first, at the lowest setting that works, agreed with the adviser on the first pass. Photos of the surface before, during and after. We use conservation terms carefully and say so when something is outside what we do.

What you get

The photo record, the settings we used, and a method statement you can file with the heritage approval.

Commercial and strata

The work

Facades, balustrades, car parks, plant rooms and common areas in buildings that stay occupied while the work happens.

How we do it

The laser where it suits, so there’s nothing to sweep or drain, and contained washing or grinding where it doesn’t. Work is scheduled around occupancy and access.

What you get

A quote that names the method for each surface, a safe-work method statement, insurance certificates, and a site left the way we found it.

Industrial and marine

The work

Plant, tooling, moulds, weld areas, structural steel, fleet and hulls, usually inside a shutdown window that costs more per hour than the cleaning does.

How we do it

Laser on tooling, moulds and anything that can’t be moved or heated. Blasting and grinding where the spec calls for a profile. Planned around your window.

What you get

Hours on site, square metres done, and the surface ready for inspection or coating without a second clean-up crew.

Automotive

The work

Panels, chassis, wheels, castings and alloy, from restorations to panel-shop prep.

How we do it

Laser stripping of paint, powder coat and rust, with the settings checked on a small area first. No heat into the panel, no grit in the seams, no pitting in the alloy.

What you get

Bare, unmarked metal ready for primer, and a before-and-after photo of your part.
