Pressure washing in Brisbane for mould, render, concrete and cladding
Some surfaces just need a lot of water, properly applied. Mould and algae on render, grime on a car park, years of dirt on a pavement or a cladding panel: pressure washing takes it off faster per square metre than anything else we do. The skill is in the pressure and the angle. Too much and water goes into the wall or takes the render with it; too little and you’ve wet the mould. We set it for the surface and stop where washing stops being the right tool.

Bonded coatings, rust and paint that isn’t loose won’t wash off, and that’s where the laser or grinding comes in. We’ll tell you which from the photo.
How we do it
Pressure and nozzle are chosen for the surface: render and painted walls at a setting that lifts the growth without lifting the finish, concrete and pavements harder. Water is kept out of places it shouldn’t go, so no washing up under cladding, into window frames or across a neighbour’s boundary, and run-off is managed on the site.
On occupied buildings and common areas the work is timed around access: a car park done in a morning, a walkway before the tenants arrive. Where washing would damage the surface, or where the growth is on stone that matters, we’ll recommend the laser instead, and where the coating has to come off entirely, grinding or blasting.
What you get back
A surface that’s clean enough to inspect, coat or hand back, and a straight word about what washing can’t fix: a coating that’s failing, cracking in the render, or a damp problem feeding the mould. Growth comes back where there’s shade and moisture; we’ll tell you how long you can expect and what would change it.

Questions people ask
Will pressure washing damage the render or the paint?
It can, if the pressure is wrong for the surface. We set the pressure and nozzle for what we’re washing and test a small area first. Loose paint will come off, and that’s usually the point; sound paint and render stay.
Will the mould come back?
Mould and algae grow where there’s shade and moisture, so on a south-facing wall under a tree it will return over time. Washing removes it; it doesn’t change the conditions. We’ll tell you what to expect and what would slow it down.
Do you use chemicals?
Water and pressure do most of the work. If a surface needs more, we’ll say what and why before we use it, and we don’t use anything near stone or heritage surfaces without agreeing it first.
Can you do it while the building is occupied?
Yes. Most of our washing work is on occupied buildings and common areas. It’s scheduled around access, water is kept off doorways and walkways in use, and the site is handed back dry enough to walk on.
How do I get a price?

Only the layer that has to go. With the laser, nothing is driven into the surface and nothing is left behind on it.

We check it with you. If a spot isn’t right, we fix it before we leave.
